In addition to e-readers, EAGE e-books can also be read on tablets, smartphones, laptops and desktop computers.
Do I need special software to read EAGE e-books?
Yes, special software is needed to read EAGE e-books. EAGE e-books are published in EPUB format. You can find a full list of software that can read and display EPUB files here.
How can I purchase and download EAGE e-books?
You can purchase e-books in our Bookshop.
- Browse or search the Bookshop as usual.
- Add an e-book you would like to purchase to your basket
- You can either check-out, or continue shopping
- Once you checked-out and your payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email
- However, you cannot immediately download the book
EAGE will send you the book via our password protected WeTransfer-account in 24 hours
Do I need an internet connection to read my e-books?
No. Once an e-book is downloaded on to you e-reading device you can access the book offline. However, you do need an internet connection to download the book first.
Are EAGE ebooks protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM)?
EAGE e-books are not protected by Digital Rights Management. This means that you can read your e-books on multiple devices and you don’t have to authorize purchased books or the devices you use to read them.
What is Social DRM?
EAGE e-books are protected by Social DRM. Social DRM adds a unique digital watermark to each purchased e-book. This watermark will have no effect on the readability of the book but will make it possible to trace back each book to its initial owner.
What is EAGE’s return policy on e-books?
Sales on EAGE e-books are final and e-books cannot be returned or refunded.
