EAGE’s Annual General Meeting for Members (AGMM) is normally held during our Annual Conference and before 1 July of the business year. As members already know, we have rescheduled our Annual Conference this year to 18-21 October at the RAI Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in order to provide a greater opportunity for our members and visitors to attend in person as the recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic accelerates with the roll-out of vaccination programmes worldwide and return of international travel.

As the AGMM is an important opportunity for EAGE members to learn more about the work of the Association in the past year and to establish the new Board for the next term, it is desirable that we hold the AGMM before 1 July as usual. The 2021 AGMM will once again be held online.

The Board invites all EAGE members to participate in our online AGMM on 30 June 2021 at 15:00-16:00 CEST. We will be asking all members to register for the meeting here. On this site you will also find the meeting agenda, to be uploaded closer to the event.
