The EAGE Technical Community on Uncrewed Aerial Vehicles (UAV) is the network of members interested in sharing knowledge and developing skills among geoscientists and engineers exploring and working on drone technology, robotics, drone geosciences, terrestrial remote sensing with applications to the areas of natural hazards, geotechnics and site investigations, environmental geosciences, rock outcrop digital imaging & analysis, resource and mining exploration, etc.
Uncrewed Aerial Vehicles apply to a wide range of applications: from observation of underground features to carrying out detailed survey of the earth.
